The administrator of your personal data obtained on the website available under the domain www.mercatonssf.eu/asi is Mercaton ASI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław,  ul. Januszowicka 5, 53-135 Wrocław hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” or “Company“. Processing of personal data
Your personal data obtained on the Website through the contact form, the application form for recognition as a professional investor, and during electronic correspondence will be processed for the following purposes:

1. Responding to inquiries via email or the contact form, including questions and issues regarding the activities conducted by the Administrator, presenting and explaining the Administrator’s offer and cooperation terms.
2. Processing the application for recognition as a professional investor and preparing documentation related to the agreement with the Company, i.e., taking actions, at your request, before concluding an agreement with the Company.
3. Conducting correspondence and other purposes resulting from the cooperation conducted through electronic communication.
4. Sending marketing and commercial information from the Administrator, in particular newsletters, based on our legitimate interest. We apply a sustainable marketing policy based on an analysis of legitimate interest.

6. Establishing, investigating, or defending against claims, which fulfill our legitimate interest in this regard.
7. Analytical purposes (better selection of services to meet the needs of our customers, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our customers), which fulfill our legitimate interest in this regard.

The legal basis for processing personal data is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting of providing information in response to the question asked and presenting a marketing offer if such a request has been made.

Your personal data obtained on the Website through the application form for recognition as a professional investor will be processed for the purpose of processing the application for recognition as a professional investor and preparing documentation related to the agreement with the Company. Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for processing the application, providing information about the Company, and the possibility of concluding an agreement with it. The legal basis for processing personal data is taking actions at your request, before concluding an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

In case you sign up to receive informational materials from us, including newsletters, your data will be processed for the purpose of electronically sending you commercial information in the form of email messages, including newsletters, to the provided email address. Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for the delivery of such correspondence. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting of presenting marketing information, provided such a request has been made.
